March 25, 2020 – Mental Health Support – The Anxiety Disorders Association of Manitoba (ADAM) has opened an anxiety support line to help Manitobans cope with the stress of COVID-19.  Effective Monday, March 23, 2020, any person who feels they need to speak with someone to help them ease the stress, they can contact ADAM at (204) 925-0040 and speak with a member of the ADAM team.

March 23, 2020 – Social Distancing is very important at this time.  Stay two meters away from other people, cover your cough and wash your hands.  If you have a fever or think you have been exposed to Covid 19 – please go onto the http://www.gov.mb.ca website to take the self-test.
